The hotel is very near place d'Italia train station just cross the street. Staff are friendly, room is clean and nice, you have to pay for the breakfast if you want 15euro. But, you can go to cafes around the hotel to eat breakfast. Cafes open at 6:30am.

The staff in the hotel are all very nice and willing to help you. You can borrow a hair dryer from them easily. You can store a luggage there for the day you check out. The location is very convenient to everything, such as a subway entrance, restaurants and stores.

The room/bathroom was clean and spacious. The people extremely nice.Short walk to place de Italie.Little extras hand support in toilet and shower which was welcome for my husband. Would definitely stay there again

Good location, good value for money.

Good location, easy to access. Room was fine and quiet as hotel is facing away from the big road. Metro just around the corner. Parking right outside hotel available, but at 4 EUR/hour! We managed to find parkinghouse 500m away in the Itali2 shopping mall, for 48 EUR for 2 days.

The people were nice. It is a safe, pleasant quarter. Good connections to the city centre. Amenities were minimal. The walls are thin, and you can hear everything going on three rooms away. No elevator.

L'hôtel est bien situé, beaucoup de restaurants à proximité, mais l'hôtel est idéal pour une nuit, pas plus. Le personnel de l'hôtel parle très peu français, ce n'est pas facile de se faire comprendre et visiblement le suivi des réservations est chaotique (on avait demandé une chambre avec lits jumeaux lors de notre arrivée, cela n'avait pas été pris en compte et plein d'autres choses... etc.). Niveau chambre, pas trop mal insonorisée, literie propre, mais robinet qui fuit et ne tient pas en place, pas de sèche-cheveux.

Accueil sympa. locaux et chambre très propres. Au niveau confort c'est conforme ç ce qu'on peut s'attendre pour un 2 étoiles à paris. la situation est excellente, très proche de d'une des sorties du métro Place d'Italie. la chambre que j'avais n'était pas situé sur un axe passant, donc très silencieuse pour la soirée et la nuit. En revanche, très bruyante le matin car il y a une école en bas. Le personnel est très sympathique. La salle de bain est un peut petite (mais c'est classique pour ce genre d’établissement) et la douche est avec un rideau. Au global très bon rapport qualité prix et hôtel très bien entretenu.

Ma chambre au premier étage était propre agréable avec sa belle couette blanche. Côté couloir peu de bruit. Ronflements entendus de la chambre voisine, mais en sourdine. La proximité de mon lieu de formation, les restaurants à disposition l'accueil de la jeune femme du début d'après-midi très appréciés.
