The staff were helpful. Location of hotel ideal, close to Arc de triomphe and champ elysee. Hotel lobby, elevator and stairs were small and compact. However, a plus was the very thoughtful and appreciative gesture of nightly wine and cheeze with prunes and nuts available free for guests. Cookies were also available daily in the lounge area.

Maurice, the front desk manager, was kind and helpful to me. He would always greet me when I walked in the door. When asked, Maurice would point me in the right direction. He helped me get to the airport by public transportation. He even waited with me at 4am for my uber driver to pick me up from the front of the hotel. Maurice is a gem and this hotel is very lucky to have him there. At night, there would be a lovely charcuterie board with wine on the table for all to grab. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Great location too! Close to the buses and metro. Convenient laundromat next door too!
