My room was supposed to have a balcony, and they misrepresented it online and in the booking. There are only two rooms with a balcony, even though they appear in all of the deluxe room photos. I specifically chose this hotel for the balcony, only for them not to have a room available.

Hotel was in a fantastic location for walking to the many sites of Paris! There were good dining options near to the hotel as well and it was also well located for the Metro. The room was light, spacious and was very clean, if you choose to have breakfast there were good options available for a reasonable price! Overall highly recommend!

I had an excellent stay at this property. The cleanliness was top-notch—the room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, even offering me an umbrella when it started raining. They also provided high-quality Ritual brand personal care products, which was a nice touch. The location was ideal—safe, quiet, and very convenient. It was easy to get around, with dining options and transportation readily available within walking distance. Overall a good place to stay. 15 min walking distance from the arc of triomphe ... There´s a bus stop at the door that leves you right in front of the eiffel tower in 20-30 mins (depending on traffic)..and it´s more or less ten min walk to the metro station. The only downside is that for a 4 star hotel (and the price you pay) the room and wc are relatively small.
