"Great location, friendly staff, and very convenient for exploring the city on foot or by subway. A special thank you to Ms. Corina, the Night Manager, who personally prepare our room after the maintenance staff had left for the day. We were very impressed by her commitment to guest service and made out stay more comfortable."

"Great location proximity to two metro stations, neighborhood had lots of dining options, pharmacies and grocers. Hotel was quiet, comfortable bed, fridge in room, nice bathtub. Only negative would be the shower head was leaky and not good."

"We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower which was of course, lovely! The glass on the balcony was broken in place, however. When we arrived there was a small bowl of fruit salad outside our room and hours later it was still there. They do keep the refrigerator in the room stocked with glass bottles of water which is a great thing. Housekeeping does a great job keeping up the room as well as the refrigerator. We found it interesting that the ice buckets we had brought up to our room 2 different nights were never taken away and we eventually brought them down to breakfast with us our last morning. The bathroom door has seen better days. Could use at least a paint job and the room walls had been damaged ina few spots and never repaired. For the cost, I’d expected to have robes and slippers but there were only slippers. The Breakfast is plentiful with lots of choices, delicious breads, eggs, bacon and even a crepe station. Fresh juices and still and sparkling water are options. Of course, tea and coffee are available as well but no cream, just milk. The morning we left we were told the trip to CDG airport is a flat rate of 65 Euros. Unfortunately we were charged $148.20 US dollars not the $78.93 It should have been. I only mention this because I have sent 4 emails regarding this issue, 2 inadvertently from the incorrect email address and 2 from my correct email address and have not heard from the hotel at this point. I’d expected better."

"Really great value and not far from Disney, the bus stop is right outside and takes about 20 minutes. I'd recommend getting an earlier or later bus as the first day it was rammed! The bus will also go the other way to the shopping centre at Val d'Europe so you can stock up on food which you can make in your room, or take with you for packed lunches to Disney. We got a great deal here and ended up with an extra night for the same price we'd paid on our last visit to stay onside at Disney itself."
