appalling

giving a one because zero wasn’t an option, the host didn’t provide check in options and ignored multiple attempts to communicate. we never ended up getting access into the house so we paid for absolutely nothing. do not book with this person

Je n'ai jamais eu accès à l'hébergement

Surtout ne réservez pas ce studio. Je n'ai pas eu accès au bien et j'attends d'être remboursée. J'ai essayé de rentrer en contact avec le propriétaire par la messagerie Abritel, sans succès. J'ai ainsi téléphoné et le numéro est erroné !! Abritel devrait fermer cette annonce et faire son enquête avant de permettre des réservations. J'espère être remboursée dès que possible car j'ai dû payer intégralement un autre logement en urgence.
