Overall good experience
Good experience. the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well equiped. So, the negatives: The bathroom's door does not really close, we dealt with that, but this is to mention. The shower is so tiny that it's almost impossible to not turn off or change the water heat while showering. Positives: Kitchen well equiped Place next to the metro The beds were comfortable, and you sleep well, it's a quiet place far from the street traffic The private residence makes you feel safe. At the end, yes I will considere this studio for next trips to Paris

Good for short stay
We stayed for three nights to explore Paris. This apartment is small but perfect for a short stay and very convenient as the metro train to all of the Paris destinations is very close. There is a gate for security also.

Great place where to stay in Paris.
It is exactly as shown in the pictures, one block from the Metro 🚇 and very convenient facilities near by. We had a great time. The property owner waited for us until we arrived. Everything perfect.

Very happy with the neighborhood. Felt safe. The washing machine does not work and frankly smelled like it hadn’t been used in quite some time. However the little laundromat a few steps away was very handy.

Overall Good Enough
This was a very quiet and cozy ground floor suite close to the metro! Perfectly located. While it had a pungent oder that didn’t really go away, the big windows were very bright had a nice breeze to air it out every time they were opened. The landlord was pretty responsive to our texts and was overall super friendly and agreeable! The only issue we had was when the wifi wasn’t working (the wifi router is not in unit so he had to come a day later to turn it back on). There were clean sheets and ample towels provided. While the kitchen did have some basic cooking supplies, I wouldn’t say it was a complete set (ex. no cutting board or chopping knives). Also an accessibility note, the shower works great but is about a foot off the ground so it’s a little difficult to get in and out of. Overall it was a nice place to stay in Paris. ————————————————————— L’appartement au rez-de-chaussée à été très calme et confortable, avec une bonne proximité du métro! Parfaitement situé. Bien qu'il y ait une odeur particulière qui ne partait pas trop, les grandes fenêtres étaient très lumineuses et avaient une belle brise pour aérer la chambre à chaque fois qu'elles étaient ouvertes. Le propriétaire était assez réactif à nos textes et était super sympa et agréable ! Le seul problème que nous avons eu était lorsque le wifi ne fonctionnait pas (la box wifi n'est pas dans l'unité, le propriétaire a donc dû venir un jour plus tard pour le rallumer). Il y avait des draps propres et de grandes serviettes fournies. Bien que la cuisine avait quelques ustensiles de cuisine de base, je ne dirais pas que c'était un ensemble complet (par exemple, pas de planche ni de bon couteau pour bien couper). Également une note d'accessibilité, la douche fonctionne très bien mais est à environ un pied du sol, il est donc un peu difficile d'entrer et de sortir. Tout dit, c'était un bon endroit pour séjourner à Paris.

Bien situé avec métro , le centre Paris à maximum à 30 minutes Restaurant tout proche ainsi que différents commerces Accueil sympathique L'été , le bois de Vincennes agréable mérite une petite ballade et si vous voulez, vous pouvez canoter sur le lac et aller au zoo.

Séjour de 4 jours : très agréable. Le studio est conforme a l'annonce. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Paris. À 3 minutes du métro dans un quartier très sympa avec commerces et très bons restaurants. La literie est très bien, cuisine avec le nécessaire pour quelques jours. La douche est un peu petite et surtout avec une marche très haute (peut-être ne conviendra pas à des personnes "âgées" ou des grands gabarits). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Très bien pour un court séjour
Accueil très efficace, logement proche du métro. De nombreux commerces à deux pas. Attention, la douche est étroite et il y a une belle marche pour y accéder ( déconseillée aux personnes qui ont du mal à se mouvoir ). Très bien pour un court séjour à Paris. C'est le meilleur tarif que j'ai trouvé.

Le studio est situé dans une grande résidence très bien sécurisée, très fonctionnel pour de courts séjours. Le moins : les cloisons ne sont pas épaisses car on entend les personnes pas très discrètes dans les studios à côté ou des portes qui claquent. Très bien situé près du métro et commerces.
