Quiet and elegant apartment in the heart of Paris, located in the lively 10th arrondissement, close to theaters and restaurants. Recently renovated, the space features unique and well-designed interiors. The cozy bedroom overlooks a peaceful garden, offering a serene escape.
Please note: As in many Parisian buildings, the ceiling is LOW – 2.10m (6’11”) high. If you are very tall, this might be something to consider. If you have any questions about this, feel free to send me a message!
The Space:
Ideally located near the Opera, this renovated apartment can accommodate up to 4 travelers! On the 6th floor with elevator, it offers a comfortable setting for your Parisian stay.
Important: The apartment’s toilet is equipped with a macerator system. Please use it with care and do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Any damage or malfunction caused by misuse may result in charges deducted from your security deposit, potentially up to the full amount.
A second private restroom is available on the landing, directly opposite the apartment’s front door (to the left when exiting the elevator). The key is included on your keyring.
The apartment includes:

• A living room: double sofa bed, Smart television, storage space and high-speed Wi-Fi.
