Apartment located in the heart of the 15th arrondissement, in front of the Commerce metro, 15 to 20 minutes walk away from the Eiffel Tower, ideal for walking along a street full of shopping and food stores, with all the cafes and restaurants.
Recently refurbished and fully equipped, you will be at home during your stay. A 2 rooms to accommodate up to 3 people with a single bed in the living room. The calm is remarkable because the apartment is at the bottom of the corridor which separates it, by 2 courtyards, from the lively street.

Great location

Lovely apartment in the delightful 15th arrondissement. Absolutely as described in photos and blurb. Metro stop, lovely cafe and coffee on your doorstep, and Anne our host was vey helpful and responsive.

Perfect Stay

Great location in a friendly and safe neighbourhood with easy access to the metro. Delicious food options nearby. The property was very clean and fresh, the air conditioning helped on one warm evening. The convenience of having a washing machine really helped as well. Would definitely love to come back and stay again. Anne was very friendly and responsive; we truly enjoyed meeting her.

I adored my 9 weeks in this apartment, alone much of the time but with lady friends coming to visit.

This is a wonderful location. Close to major Metro and good connections. Safe, ground floor, well appointed, not glamorous but very utilitarian. I pray to return!!

Cozy and comfortable in a great location

We very much enjoyed our month in Anne’s apartment. It was quiet and cozy - just the perfect size for the 2 of us. Public transportation (both bus & metro) is close by. We loved having a dishwasher and an efficient easy to use washer/dryer. Thank you, Anne, for making us feel welcome in your very clean, well equipped location.

Wonderful- Exceptional apartment on our favorite street in Paris

Great location and owner

We booked this property many many months before our trip. Anne was very kind and helpful from the day we booked. She kept in touch with us throughout our planning, even being accommodating to our many flight changes by the airline. Amazing

The location was amazing in a friendly and safe neighborhoods and so close to everything we needed. The metro was at the corner. Delicious foods options in the same street. Perfect Place

We just loved staying here during our nearly two week trip to Paris! The location was amazing and so close to everything we needed. The metro was less than a block away and bus stop was close as well. There was a wonderful cafe across the street and Eric Kayser bakery two doors down. There are numerous places to get meat, cheese, fruit/vegetables and chocolate on the street which are so yummy! Less than a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower! Anne was great to work with and her co-host was very kind when we he let us in. I can truly not say enough good things about this place! Will definitely stay here again when I return to Paris!

In the heart of Paris - perfect for 1 or 2

Brilliant location - one metro line across the street, another just around the corner. A fun street for shopping, from departments stores to high-end, people-watching at a number of bistros, great traiteurs and patisseries steps away. The Eiffel Tower is a 20min walk through interesting neighbourhoods. The apartment itself is Paris-small, but very smartly designed, and never felt cramped. Well - except for the water-closet (toilet room, separate from shower and sink): my wife is 5'3" and she could barely fit her knees in with the door closed. Otherwise, there's good wardrobe space, coat hooks, an iron and ironing board (useful for dressing up for those fancy restaurants you want to try!), and even a small dishwasher and washer/dryer which was very appreciated. The bedroom shutters close for total privacy from other apartments around the inner courtyard. Anne was helpful and attentive. Wonderful 4-night stay. We would choose this place again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable, quiet, convenient place

It was easy to find. There is a metro right accross the street but since my husband has very bad knees, we mostly used Uber. There are so many great places to eat just steps away and it's within walking distance (less than a half hour) to the Eifel Tower. Having a washer was very helpful.

The check-in process was very easy with Anne, and the apartment provides everything you would need for a couple. We were located right next to a metro station which made getting around very easy. We had zero issues with the apartment and the neighborhood was very safe and around everything we needed!

Fit the bill

Tiny, but perfect, apartment for our visit. Really best for a couple as size of bathroom and toilet make full privacy difficult. Bed was very comfortable and restful. Amazing location and neighborhood, and Anne was so helpful in easing our concerns about visiting during pandemic and international travel challenges.
