Both ideally located and quiet -which is a must in Paris !-, our place can accommodate comfortably up to 5 people.
We are a juste a stone's throw away from the beautiful Parc de la Villette & the Boom Boom Complex, its cinemas, restaurants and attractions 🌳 at the frontier between Paris and Aubervilliers.

From our place you can :
- walk down the river to the Canal de l'Ourcq and then the Canal Saint Martin ⛲
- stroll up the Canal Saint-Denis to the Olympic sites (La Chapelle Arena, Stade de France, and many others) 🏟️
- take one of the two metro lines nearby and reach the city center in 15 minutes. 🥐

Pristine location if you are looking to stay in the city during the Olympics !

The apartment is served by Metro lines 7 and 12, the T3b tramway, and a Velib station (bike service) is right at the foot of the building !

- 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, a desk and a closet 💑🏽
- 1 bedroom with a 90x180 (bunk) bed and a desk 👦
- 1 bathroom with a washing machine and a bathtub 🛁

All rooms have large double-glazed windows and are very quiet at night. 😴
