On the ground floor, this very beautiful two-room apartment with modern and designer decoration offers a living space of 25m², is composed of:

- a lovely living area with a comfortable new sofa bed for one person,
- a bathroom with shower and WC,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hotplates, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, high chair, baby bed,
- TV and WIFI.

The home has a private entrance and burglar-proof glass for optimum security.

- Check-in between 9 p.m. and midnight: €25
- Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: €44

You will find the Hôtel de Ville 9 minutes away on foot and Notre-Dame de Paris 6 minutes away on foot or the Louvre 13 minutes away by transport. Thanks to the metro, you can quickly and easily reach all the other emblematic monuments of Paris: the Place de la Concorde, the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, the Champs-Elysées... Finally, you will also be in the heart of the Marais, one of the the liveliest in Paris with countless restaurants, bars, museums and entertainment just a stone's throw from your rental.
