On the ground floor on the courtyard side of a quiet building on rue du Chemin Vert, this 25 sqm studio consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a Queen Size bed, a fully equipped kitchenette as well as a separate bathroom.

In order to offer optimal comfort, this apartment benefits from hotel quality sheets, towels and mattresses, a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed wifi, a smart TV and welcoming products.

Wonderful location. Easy access to the metro. Walking distance to many places. Beautiful pathways and parks all around. Location felt safe and secure. Checking and out was very easy.

It was okay. It’s a bit dark and damp. There is good communication with the manager. The neighborhood is great! It could use some hooks for towels and coats. Fine for a short stay.

There is absolutely no ventilation in this place, the only way to get fresh air in is by leaving the door wide open or a small little window crack on the door that lets bugs in. There are no mirrors in this place except for the bathroom, it felt so sticky, moldy and unclean. I wouldn’t wish a place like this on even someone staying 1 night. I wasn’t even going to write a review but We all got sick after our stay here and I really don’t think this is a safe place to be listing and charging people to stay. All 3 of us absolutely hated everything about being in this place. I don’t even like to write bad reviews but this was just living in grime and dirt.

Joli studio bien agréable lorsque l'on souhaite un endroit agréable pour dormir. La literie est bonne. Dommage que nous ayons écourté le séjour à cause du confinement et que nous ne puissions pas profiter d'un remboursement ou d'un avoir.
