  • 36 m2 apartment with small courtyard terrace. 3 comfortable and new beds, air conditioning in the bedroom. Equipped kitchen, beautiful decoration. 60 m from the famous steps that go up to the coronation. I am 200 m from metro lines No 4 and 12. The 4 Château Rouge station and the 12 Lamarck Caulaincourt station. Located 200 m from St Vincent cemetery where Michou is located. Very busy street with many restaurants, tavern bars and cabarets.
