This apartment is rentable for at least one moth (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease".
For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be:

Metro line 8 & 9 are at 2 minutes by walk from the apartment.
Metro line 3 and 7 are 5 minutes away by foot respectively.
RER A located at Auber is at 10 minutes away by foot.
Velib and taxi are also very close.
Visiting Paris has never been so easy!
Other Things to Note:
Standard check-in time is after 4:00PM.
A passport or ID is required upon arrival.
In accordance with the regulations, a rental agreement will be signed between the two parties at the time of check in.
