"Beds were clean and comfy. We had everything we needed. Great location!"

"Modern, comfortable, and well-designed. Exceeded expectations. Took advantage of pickleball, basketball, playground, deck, firepits, slides, and pool/hot tub. Loved the entryway hooks and cubbies for towels, jackets, purses, shoes, etc. Amazing view. Explored the community on our ebike. Checked out the private beach access but it was not suitable for our group due to being a muddy marsh with no sand."

"Overall we loved our stay at this home. Perfect size for our family of 18. Each family had their own bathroom. Beds for everyone, no one had to sleep on the floor. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking items we needed. We chose to use paper products for meals but there were plenty of dishes if we had needed them. The home was well stocked with soaps, detergents, garbage sacks, etc. Washer/dryer worked well. Loved using the kayak and lifejackets at the lake. That was the grandkids favorite activity! Best part of the home was the game room. Our grandkids were in heaven and spent a lot of time in the foam pit! Grandkids also loved the toy room upstairs. Tami was an amazing host and answered our questions quickly. We will definitely keep this home on our list of places to stay for future adventures at Bear Lake."

"Townhouse was amazing great condition fyi to the owners the showers really need a water guard or your floors are gonna get ruined water spills out,! Other then that was a fantastic stay! We washed all towels n bedding except king size blankets! Great place! Highly recommend"
