"Not far from Plaza Navona, this was a gem of a hotel. We stayed for 3 days from May 12 through May 15, 2026. My Italian is close to non-existent and the 5 different desk staff helped us muddle through our everyday challenges. They called taxis for us, and a carrier to get to the airport when our visit ended. They provided a useful map of the area and told us the best way to get to all the typical tourist venues we wanted to visit. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. There were no bureaus but there was a Murphy bed that served the purpose of unloading our belongings. The shower was the most modern I have seen, and it took some time and experimenting to get it to do what I wanted. The breakfast had a wide variety of offerings and a very helpful woman shepherding us through. Wi-fi is provided, though we had some problems with the initial hook-up to my laptop. Again, the desk folk helped us solve that problem with a call to the wi-fi provider.
If you are coming from America, bring outlet converters as your electronics are not compatible with European outlets.
We strongly recommend the Hotel Rinascimento on Pellegrino Street in Rome."
