"The property was beautiful and had all the amenities listed, though the hot tub was indoors (inside the bathroom) and not outside, as can be seen from the listing’s photos.As it says in the listing, there is only one bathroom, and it is on the main floor. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor, which makes it somewhat inconvenient if one must use the washroom at night. This is a minor inconvenience, however. This property would be ideal for a family or a couple of families, as it has plenty of room, especially outside. The summer would also be best to go, since the pool and outdoor spaces would be more usable owing to the higher temperatures. Finally, Communication with the owners was very friendly, quick, and helpful. They were able to accommodate a special request I made of them and went above and beyond what I asked for. They say they want to help you have a pleasant stay, and I believe they really mean it. All in all this was a very wonderful property to stay in. I would certainly return. "

"The property was renovated, very clean, great amenities, very easy to check in and check out, all automatically. The only thing we would highlight is, because it's right in front of a church, be prepared to be woken up at 7am with the bells, we certainly couldn't sleep in the morning. "

"We had a lovely 2 weeks at this wonderful property. We were 11 travellers ranging from 19 to 83 years old. The house had everything we wanted and we all loved the facilities. Whether you just want to sit and admire the view, use the pool or have table tennis or pool competitions, this house was perfect for everyone! Miguel was a fantastic host and was very attentive and quick to reply to our questions. We were very appreciative of his quick response to an incident we had one morning with the issue being resolved swiftly. Miquel gave us many recommendations. We particularly enjoyed the sunset cruise on the River Douro organised by his brother. We would highly recommend this house for a wonderful holiday. We could easily have stayed for a month! "
