The staff was very friendly and helpful which you don’t always get in Czech unfortunately. The restaurant was surprisingly good, the pork chop was the best I ever had. The rooms were nice and clean, exactly what we needed while in town for Brutal Assault.

Amazing stay, all the staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious. Only slight issue is that the room smelt of smoke. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Very lovely hotel with great breakfast and restaurant. Wanted to single out the young lady at reception (Katerine?) who was extremely helpful in an emergency. When my husband was bitten by a dog and needed medical assistance, she took the time to take us to the emergency room, stayed with us and translated while we did the check in and only left when we were in the queue to see the doctor. She also explained how to leave the closed parking area. She definitely above and beyond in providing assistance to us in a difficult situation.

I like a very firm bed, and this one was excellent. The shower temperature controls were very responsive. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The rooms DO have air conditioning, which is not mentioned on their website. Very pleasant stay overall.

The hotel is basically inside the airport. You check in on a computer terminal. The room is space age modern, compact but comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. A great experience.

We had reserved an apartment since we wanted an extra room with a separate sitting area. Unfortunately, it was hot and an air conditioning unit in the sitting room was out of service. Immediately, hotel staff offered us to switch for two adjacent bedrooms with an additional bed, but no sitting arrangement. Also they said that they will call a repairman to fix the problem. Since we did not need a second bed to sit on we decided to wait for the repair service. We stayed for 3 days abut the unit had not been fixed. We had asked a couple of times about the status of the repair, but staff seemed to be upset with our questions, since they had offered additional bedroom and we refused.

Rent och fräsch hotell, modern entré och restaurang med väldigt bra frukost för att vara i Tjeckien. Mycket färsk frukt, utöver alla klassiska hotellfrukost alternativ. Moderna och mycket bekväma rum, toalett med badkar och schampoo/tvål/lotion i små förpackningar, fräscht! Något hård säng, men dubbla kuddar och skönt täcke. Enda negativa var att receptionisten var allt annat än trevlig och välkomnande. Inte otrevlig, men å andra sidan otrevlig i jämförelse med hur personal i receptionen brukar vara i hotellbranschen.
