"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. "Absolutely fabulous stay. We stayed in one of the 'cellules' which was all we needed, it was immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable and moving didn't disturb each other. The staff was exceptional; polite, professional, friendly and helpful. They allowed me to speak French without correcting me and spoke in perfect English when I floundered and then reverted to French. I wish we had booked breakfast as the meal times in Beziers are very much adhered to (in our experience)."
