"Really nice campsite with mobile homes amongst pine and olive trees, right by the lake. We had a mobile home which was ok, had all the utensils in (apart from a kettle) but we lacked some decking area/picket fence to provide some privacy that other mobile homes had which felt a bit odd. Staff very good, especially the night watch who was very helpful. "

"Ute udda kommunikation vid incheckning med mästrande ton man måste ju inte utgå från att alla gäster missköter sig. Boendet marknadsförde att det ingick värme i lägenheten, ett par dagar på vår tur blev det rätt kyligt. När vi bad om att värmen skulle sättas på fick vi beskedet att det inte var tillåtet efter 15 april!!! Märkligt, eftersom det fungerade alldeles utmärkt på nästa boende. Men, det var en fantastisk uteplats, vackert och välmöblerat."

"Gute Lage am Hang mit sehr schönem Blick auf den See. Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist sehr schön gestaltet, viele Liegen, gute Sonnenschirme. Die Snackbar am Pool war leider kaum offen. Die Garage ist groß genug, auch für SUVs, aber steile, etwas enge Zufahrt. Die Apartments sind geräumig, aber auch spartanisch, einfach eingerichtet. Dem Preis nicht angemessen! Bett, Matratzen und Bettwäsche sind gut. Genügend Handtücher und Badetücher vorhanden. TV leider nur mit terrestrischem...

"Bellissimo appartamento, pulito e con una vista eccezionale, personale dell'agenzia gentile e disponibile. Non metto 5***** solo per le modalità di check-in che, a mio avviso, andrebbero riviste: prima il contatto con agenzia centrale, che mi rimanda all'agenzia di zona, quindi richiesta anticipata con invio dati, successivamente richiesta (sempre online) del pagamento city tax, poi ricevo le modalità per il check-in vero e proprio.... E nuova mail per l'invio di quanto già avevo inviato!!!...

"Complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene. Non potendo mettere mezza stella e non potendo darne cinque, devo abbassare il voto a quattro. La casa è bella e l'arredamento ottimo. "A really nice hotel, great location, fantastic lake view, great roof top bar and a genuine 4 star hotel. Good size rooms, friendly and helpful staff, especially the night staff. The only reason I did not give full rating is that the hotel organised a summer party one evening with live music. The event, which only was attended by circa 20-30 guests, took place outside by the pool and went on until midnight with extraordinary loud music which meant that all other guests had to stay up until this event finished. It really questions management’s understanding and consideration for all other guests that had paid for a hotel night/ a good night’s sleep and could not sleep. I believe the event only stopped at midnight because other guests, myself included, started complaining as initially the answer was that the party would end between 1-2 am."

"Wonderful, scenic location with outstanding views of. With a car, the whole of Lake Garda is very accessible and we found port parking to access ferrys and in town exploration very easy (even during Aug peak season). The restaurant was simply excellent - the staff, the food, the setting. Though not our intention, we dined at the property each evening given how beautiful and satisfying it all was. The menu is large and the pasta and desserts were particularly sublime. The hotel staff was beyond hospitable. Cannot recommend enough."

"Staff were really friendly, breakfast had a good spread of eggs, bacon, cerial, pasteries, coffee and juice was also available. The views are incredible and there is a little town about a 5 min walk from the hotel which has a few bars and restaurants."
