"Room was basic, breakfast was not worth the money, staff smells, maintenance staff not accommodating to guest, bathroom sink was clogged and it took a day to fix, glass in shower area was wobbly and almost at the brink of breaking, towels were not clean. "

"Lovely kid- friendly hotel. The rooms were very clean. The hotel was food was quite good. The pool is very nice and unusually warm - in a good way. One thing that was a slight problem was, in the room, it wasn’t equipped with the necessary in the kitchen area; no cutlery or bowls at all. The restaurant was excellent; breakfast good. ( there is a pancake machine!) Ideal for going to Disneyland. Hotel very busy - there was no availability to extend check out, which was unfortunate. There were some other hotel guests who were quite hostile, and spoke extremely rudely to us. We were meant to get some free drinks which we never got, but these are small imperfections. Overall, the hotel was great. I would recommend it for families going to Disneyland."

"Tired Hotel, they are planning to refurb but they should review their prices per night while they upgrade, room too small, aircon didn’t work. Pool area old, indoor pool changing area is confusing and hard to manage with kids. Location is great and close to the park, I stayed in a the new port bay couple of times, the sequoia definitely felt like a downgrade."

"We love staying in this hotel. So easy to get to - close to Disneyland Paris and such an easy drive in. Room is spotless and the family rooms are huge! All the staff were so lovely, nothing too much trouble. Safe, convenient parking with a lift directly up to the rooms. We will definitely be returning. "

"The room was amazing, doubly so considering the price (it takes all of 5min on the train to get to Disney so it’s perfect for that). The breakfast was just ok. If there is no other option do it, otherwise pickup pastries as a nearby bakery or cafe. We will stay here again. "

"Great location if you want to go to Disney or into Paris, as the hotel is located very close to the RER station (one stop to Disney and about minutes into Paris). Note: there was no fridge or coffee or amenities of any kind in the room. "
