Muito bem montado, ao lado do shopping da cidade . Porém limpeza do banheiro, especialmente do box deixou a desejar . Estava cheio de cabelo no chão e na parede do box . Chequei no quarto disponibilizado e estava sujo. O banheiro não estava mau limpo! Reclamei e me sugeriram um quarto inferior. Pedi que realizassem a limpeza do quarto. Mesmo assim, foi feito uma limpeza superficial. As cortinhas do quarto estavam sujas. Realmente não condiz com outros hoteis da rede. Uma pena!!

This hotel is just average at best. It got worse when the a/c stopped working and lady at the reception named Fernanda blamed it on me. She said :”yesterday it was working and today is not, it must have been you”. No apologies, no courtesy bottle of water… never again.

Acho que será a última vez que ficarei nesta unidade do Ibis. Apesar de ter vindo umas 10 vezes neste ano, a internet continua muito ruim. Inacreditável para um hotel de negócios principalmente. Indo ao shopping do lado para me conectar ou fazer calls. Pena porque a estrutura é boa e a proximidade do shopping muito conveniente. Mas quando um prestador de serviços não entende as necessidades primárias do cliente acaba perdendo ele.

Quando fui reservar o hotel, vi várias pessoas reclamando do atendimento. E realmente, as pessoas que trabalham lá, principalmente as pessoas que atendem na frente o check in ou check out são completamente mal instruídas. Eu perguntei até que horas serviam café da manhã, o rapaz me informou que era as 11:00. Quando desci, para minha surpresa acabava as 10:00 am. Quando cheguei de madrugada, perguntando se havia algo para comer, fora os snacks, o rapaz da recepção só apontou para as geladeiras e disse, "tem sopa". Demorei uns 20 min para poder achar a sopa e depois o microondas, pq ele estava muito ocupado com whatsapp. Percebe-se que as pessoas que ali trabalham é de muita falta de cortesia com os hóspedes. Teve um rapaz que estava fazendo aniversário, que foi muito simpático, mas os outros.... não faziam questão de um bom atendimento. O quarto é excelente em termos de espaço, limpeza e aconchego. Como fiquei de frente para a rua, muito barulho de carro e trafego, não tem isolação.

Serviço agradável e dinámico. Hotel limpo e funcional. Bom café. Hotel muito prático. Único problema sério: o WiFI! Acho que a pior internet de todos os hotéis da região. Tenho que ir até o Shopping do lado para acessar meus emails ou baixar arquivos. Promessa de melhoras há meses, mas nada. Pena.

Le plus propre et plus fonctionnel de Parauapebas. Placé à côté d’un shopping, donc pratique pour manger ou faire quelques achats. Service efficient, bon petit déjeuner. Seul, gros, problème : le WIFI est horriblement lent! Impossible de travailler avec leur connexion.

Quarto muito bom, as atendentes do café bem cordiais, mas infelizmente falta muito para as atendentes do balcão. Tudo que solicitei tive que pedir 2 a 3 vezes e ainda faziam careta. Até papel higiênico não levaram no quarto e mesmo solicitando,voltei a solicitar e a atendente fez careta ao me alcançar.
