Precisa de mais funcionarios

As pessoas foram muito gentis e educadas. Acredito que por ter poucos funcionarios a louça do café ficava na mesa até as 14hr pra mais. A reposição do café da manhã (café, pão, frutas, sucos etc) era demorado ou pouca, muitas vezes deixando os hospedes sem o alimento. O lençol foi lavado e recolocado no quarto e notei que ele estava com a mesma mancha de quando foi p lavar. Tive que orientar a moça da limpeza sobre o pó de café que derramei atrás do puff apesar do quarto já ter sido limpo e não ter tirado o puff do lugar. Ja fiquei em outras pousadas e todas tinham frigobar, mesmo sendo baratas. Ar condicionado e frigobar só pagando a mais para ter.

A estadia foi boa, os funcionários nos atenderam super bem. Só acho que poderia melhorar um pouco a reposição do café da manhã, teve um dia que não fomos no primeiro horário e quando chegamos lá já tinha acabado bastante coisa.

Ótimo lugar pra relaxar

Gostamos muito do local. O proprietário e os funcionários são muitos simpáticos e atenciosos. Porém, sentimos a falta de alguns itens que normalmente encontramos em uma pousada ou hotel, tais como: espelho grande, armário pra desfazer as malas, um frigobar principalmente pra deixar uma água pra tomar a noite e uma poltrona pra sentar e fazer uma leitura. Uma coisa a ser melhorada é o isolamento acústico. Conseguíamos ouvir a televisão do vizinho que passou a noite toda com ela ligada. No mais, tudo ótimo. Um lugar muito calmo e bem florido, bom pra contemplar a natureza e relaxar ao lado da piscina.

Boa pousada, mais precisa melhorar detalhes.

Excelente pousada. Porém fica num bairro bem afastado de Paraty. Num bairro feio de periferia. A pousada é muito organizada e os donos e funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos, porem precisa melhorar alguns detalhes como: o quarto não possue nenhum armário, nem cabides e nem local de colocar as roupas. Não possue nenhuma mesa pra comida ou lanche no quarto. E principalmente o café que só é servido as 8:30 e fica todos os hóspedes ansiosos pois o horário é muito tarde. Todo mundo que ir pra praia rápido e vira uma confusão. Tinha que ser mais cedo.
