Huge potential location great near bus, shops beach. Perfect location to visit sick relative.

Inside and outside very dirty. Bird droppings, cobwebs, dust on windows. Black mould on inside frames of windows and sliding door. Musty smell, wardrobe musty need more hangers. Two heaters not attached, no proper towel rack. Need mirror in second bedroom or laundry. Need blockout curtains in main bedroom and laundry. Door knobs very old and dirty.. no WIFI was huge disadvantage.
