"The staff were so friendly and helpful. They phoned to check we were happy with our room. Also they put our daughters’ room next to ours - as we booked late I was not sure they could or would remember. It’s a very quiet hotel considering it’s near the centre. The area is a bit shabby in parts but it has some lovely cafes and independent shops which is the vibe we wanted. The room was very stylish and comfortable.
