Rooms are average . Area has lots of restaurants surrounding it . There is also a lively poolside area. We did encounter alot of noise disturbance from the room above us but after reporting it to the front desk it was no longer an issue . Room had a fair amount of mosquitoes as well.

I didn't realize the booking on Expedia didn't include breakfast. Construction is tsking place at the hotrl but it is from around 8am to 5pm. It is a comfortable, lovely place. At nights thevrestaurant and pool area is amazing.

Excellent. But please pay attention to pool!

Location is second to none. Pool needs to be cleaned more and attendants need to enforce pool rules. Hair was floating around in it. Too many unattended children. Ball playing in pool. People drinking in glass bottles at side of pool. Water being warm did not help. Revive Sunday DJ was great as was the vibe poolside. But more attention needed given the level of service which is expected. Breakfast buffet was excellent! Coffee great. Selection awesome.

Very comfy bed, would stay again.

Very nice hotel. Not too much around but it was perfect for the conference I was attending. The gym could do with being cooler but had a good range of equipment. The showers were cold, which was ok, but didn't feel you with joy.

DO NOT GO. The property's overall facilities (swimming pool, gym) are nice, however the resort had no body lotion at all. I have never stayed at a resort property anywhere in the world without a body lotion. The resort gift shop is closed until further notice, and the front desk and administration was entirely unable to help identify a local store where I could buy lotion. If the resort is not providing lotion, what else are they doing to cut corners/costs? Just find a different resort to travel to. I also pre-purchased transport from the airport to the resort upon arrival and gave them my flight information - however, when I arrived, there was no shuttle. I waited at the property's desk at the airport for an hour - and still no shuttle. Ultimately, I had to take a cab on my own.
