As you enter the villa, you will find the spacious and very modern open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, surrounded by patio doors leading out to the garden and pool. The living room features a comfortable seating area with widescreen, satellite Tv; the dining area has a table and seating for 6 people as well as an extra TV, and the kitchen is equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for a comfortable self-catering stay.
You will find also find a WC on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, double bed and balcony; bedroom 2 has a double bed and balcony, and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms are completed with fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
The main family bathroom is on this floor with bathtub, overhead shower and Wc.

Outside, the spacious and private garden has everything you ned for those hot, sunny days relaxing by the pool, and includes a barbecue, outside dining area and sunloungers.
