The Space:
If you’re looking for a 3-bedroom rental villa that combines all the comforts of contemporary living with the beauty of a quiet seaside resort along the sapphire Mediterranean waters, you have arrived.
After we meet and greet you at Larnaca airport, it’s only a 40-minute drive to your holiday escape. And even before you’ve unpacked your suitcase, you’ll be drawn to the pool and sunbathing deck in your private garden, before rushing upstairs to check out the view from your roof terrace with jacuzzi.
Three double bedrooms, all ensuite, can accommodate up to eight persons. There’s ample place for everyone in the open-plan living area with lounge and dining room for 8 person, a fully equipped kitchen and an extra guest toilet.
The weekly maid service, pool and garden maintenance, and baby equipment upon request, are some of the standard guest services provided, while a number of VIP concierge services can be booked in advance or after arrival.
When you’re ready to explore your surroundings, walk down to the beach (150m), browse in the nearest shops or enjoy a drink or a meal in the neighbourhood (600-700m). For more excitement, take the short 5km drive to the popular summer resorts of Protaras or Ayia Napa, and to experience nature, the protected park of Cape Greco invites you for a hike or a cycling tour with amazing views of the sea.

The rate includes A/C, safe box, fridge, dishes and silverware, satellite TV, hairdryer, bath towels, beach towels, bath amenities, Wi-Fi Internet access (free of charge in public areas and in the rooms) and all legal taxes.

Check In/Out Policy
Check in time: 16:00, Check out time: 11:00. Early Check In / Late Check Out subjects to availability and is charged at 100% of the applicable night rate. Guests may check in to our reception office and can be escorted to the rented property or directly to the rented property.
Electricity Allowance Policy
Electricity Allowance calculation is 80kw/day for the villas <200sqm and 150kw/day for the villas 200sqm>. Extra Electricity Usage will be charged 0.28EUR/kwh. Calculation is for the whole duration of stay
Payment policy
30% of the total reservation amount to be charged upon booking creation (non refundable). The remaining 70% to be charged 30 days prior arrival (non refundable).
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is not available for this rate.
The 30% of the total price is charged if the reservation is cancelled at least 29 days prior the arrival. If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior the arrival or less or no show then 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Booking terms & conditions
Meals: Meals (Min: 4 pax) be delivered in a buffet style at the villa (Breakfast: 08:00-09:30, Lunch: 13:00-14:30, Dinner: 19:00-20:30). Delivery times indicated may slightly vary.
