Located in a peaceful residential complex, the villa is just 600m from St. Andreas Beach and close to local shops, restaurants, and the lively centre of Protaras, just 2km away. Inside, the villa is designed with families in mind, featuring a spacious open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and three cosy bedrooms.

The outdoor space is ideal for spending quality time together, with a furnished terrace, barbecue, and plenty of room for children to play. Modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, satellite TV with international channels, air conditioning, and laundry facilities ensure a stress-free stay. Covered parking is also available.

With everything you need for a memorable family holiday, this villa offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Please note that groups under 25 years old are not permitted.

PLEASE NOTE:
• To enter the complex with the car, the client must open the small entrance using a code, walk to the key box, and retrieve the control for the barrier, which is located inside the box.

• The pool pump is located inside the house (on the ground floor).

• For the pool cleaner to perform maintenance, they will need to enter the house. This will occur twice a week, and it would be appreciated if the client could be informed in advance of the specific day and time.

Excellent location, clean and tidy inside 1 airconditioning in the living room not working properly. Basement with pool machinery and heading pump smells of gasoline.
