"Beautiful property and amazing amenities. Truly a luxury experience that matches the price tag. It was great to stay here for 2 nights and relax. The beach and pool were fantastic, as was all the food we tried. Their restaurants are phenomenal. However, we only did 2 nights because there isn’t much else to do. A great little reprieve from the adventures of Costa Rica. "

"Our group of 18 had an excellent stay the week that encompassed New Year's. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Lani and Matt are responsive and helpful, but not at all intrusive. Would highly recommend for a large group that is looking to have the whole place, like we did. We did the breakfast and dinner package every day, which worked out well from a value perspective (and was tasty and great for socializing), but in retrospect I would have had us eat dinner in town a night...

"We were lucky to stumble across Casas Kismet since they generate most of their business by hosting group retreats & only occasionally open up individual units for rent. That means minimal reviews were available through the normal channels at the time of our booking, but we took a chance anyway given the last minute nature of our plans. "Inside of Conchal hotel made you feel like you were not next to a busy street with its beautiful plants and trees cascaded all over. All the staff were extremely pleasant and nice. We were particularly pleased with the front desk agent Jennifer and our morning server Donald. We forgot the name of our first server but he was very friendly and Welcoming as well. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway in the jungle surrounded by animals and beautiful plants. We will definitely be back!!! "

"Felt like we hit it out of the park at the resort. Super laid back and on one of the best and most beautiful beaches on the pacific side. Breakfast was great, bars had fun drinks, pool was spacious and great for the kids… and again, proximity and location to the beach was the highlight. Results were like the pictures and the staff was accommodating and friendly."

"This Hotel is just a dream come true!! Stunning views everywhere you are. Staff is extraordinary, all of them! Food is delicious with an extraordinary assortment of delicious dishes served with the highest of professionalism. You can arrange several activities and tours with the best selection of things to visitor so around, the local guide from the hotel is amazing. The Spa is marvelous, Maria can make your vacation even better working on deep tissue massage. Reception deserve the million dollar price, Erein the front desk supervisor and his team are simply amazing!! Every single detail is covered in this piece of heaven, surrendered by the jungle and the best Pacific views you can dream. Definitely, the best hotel we never been so far. Can wait to come back!"
