"When we arrived, the attendant didn't even know we were coming. He said they were full. He swore his account did not reflect our reservation despite the details i showed him. Ultimately the exact room we booked was free. It was not the room shown in the pictures. The room was not aesthetically pleasing whatsoever with outdated bedding, no decor, breaking down furniture, and cords hanging all over.
