"Spacious room and good location close to the station and eateries however I didn't like that: - The hand soap dispenser was empty upon arrival - Dispenser next to the shower was unlabeled so confusing. - Pillows felt old and battered, not fluffy - Mattress was hard, made my back stiff"

"The dirtiest hotel we have seen so far on our Indonesia trips (we have been easily in over 25 hotels so far). Also the first time we requested to get new rooms ever. First room: Garbage on the floor, hairs in the bed, clear sign of sheets not changed, walls need repainting, tv screen dirty, used guest shoes, huge spider webs in corners, dusty windows, stsins in bath room snd towels etc. etc. Management either does not know better or does not care. It is one thing that some parts need...
