Packwood Lodge
Check in was to be at 3 p.m. computer glitch prevented it until 5:30. Was promised company would make amends, NOTHING. We had to drive all the way back to town to kill time, spent money and wasted gas. (at $4.99 gallon). Staff's hand were tied, but as polite as could be. No keys to check in. Checked ...
