"It wasn't as kept up as I would have like however we made do and it was comfortable overall I was able to create a family Thanksgiving dinner and dinner's beyond it's nice having a washer and dryer indoors at your convenience so I would definitely rent this place again it's just minor things that needed to be repaired and the yard needed to be up kept other than that it's a very nice property to rent."

Vi is an excellent host and manager in the cleanliness of the house, amenities provided, and her communication. She was very prompt and thorough in her responses on our inquires/questions prior to rental, prior to arrival and during our stay. "Very close to airport, 6 miles! Very convenient & very quiet neighborhood. Uber to the strip is under $30 avg. Pics are accurate, house is beautiful and comfortable! We felt very safe. A/C will catch up and cool - adj upper level to cooler, which will help lower level to cool. Also, no lounging chairs or patio table on pool deck. Would have been a nice option. Floaties for pool, fun feature. Hot tub is same temp as pool. Beds are very comfortable, with spacious rooms."

"Close enough to the strip that it’s a short drive but the neighborhood is quiet enough that you don’t have to worry about any of the hustle and bustle! Perfect spot! The AC is VERY loud near the bathroom but it didn’t bother me too much after the first night! I’d come back and stay!"

"The house was great for our group of 16 guests! Endless towels and plenty of kitchen utensils. Located close to a Sam’s Club and Walmart, about 15-20 mins to the strip. Had a few minor issues but the host was in constant contact and able to quickly address. Definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group!"

"We were a large group of 20 and last minute one of my family members had to bring over her toddler. The owner was great in being flexible about having her over. Had great communication with him during the weekend and we were in awe when he did a walk around on the property. It is truly stunning! We made use of the pool and jacuzzi everyday. There was more than enough beds and blankets for everyone. Pillows were fluffy and nice. Do truly recommend to stay in this place."

Plenty of room, and the backyard space was fantastic! The only negative, was that the pool was quite cold and there wasn't a heater available yet to use to heat it up.
