"Everything was great, just short of 5 stars because the girl checking everyone in was on her own and overwhelmed. She was a little short with us, but I don't hold it against her. There was a long line and the phone ringing. She needed help up front."

"The woman at check in was very welcoming and had our room all ready for us, as I did the early check in request. I was SO HAPPY!! She also helped me with our Uber pickup, as the hotel itself didn’t show up as where we were, due to recent construction. Would definitely recommend the hotel. Thank you!!"

"We're on the road 3-4 months a year & this is the best Hampton Inn ever. Even with the lobby undergoing updates, everything was clean organized, & catered towards the guest. Imagine friendly caring hospitality from a hotel. Bonus: guest have access to Ochsner Fitness Center, easy .04 mile walk or drive. State of the art everything swimming pools, hot tubs, & workout classes. Highly recommend"

"I liked the property. I liked the gated parking and the use of a security code for entering the lot and rooms. The room was clean, there are nice amenities, and it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great property, clean and spacious room, excellent customer support made this a surprise find in the Uptown NOLA. Was a last-minute trip to visit my daughter in a neighborhood school. I used the trolley twice in two days. The attached restaurant is a fantastic place to dine. I will definitely stay here again,"
