Aproveitei o feriado de finados para passar o final de semana estendido com minha namorada na pousada e não me arrependo. Atendimento do gerente Cláudio muito bom, café da manhã bem servido e você pode pedir pratos como tapioca, cuscuz e omelete por fora, sem lhe cobrarem a mais por isso. Ambientes externos sempre limpos e bonitos. Na infraestrutura dos quartos sentimos falta de tv e também de um ar-condicionado melhor, o que estava no nosso quarto era aqueles portáteis de chão e não gelava muito, porém o quarto possui um ventilador também, o que dá um turbo no ar kkk. E ainda sobre o quarto, que cama maravilhosa, vou sentir saudades dela kkk

Para quem gosta de contato com a natureza como eu o lugar é perfeito. Fiquei em uma cabana limpa, com ar condicionado. Mas não tem Tv. O café é simples mas muito bom. E os funcionários são muito as tenciosos. Valeu a estadia. A Praia da Pedra Rachada é bonita.

Falta uma orientação de hotelaria.

Ponto positivo é um local bonito e o Atendente Alex foi gentil, cordial e simpático. Infelizmente a pousada necessita de gestão, é muito mal conservada. Tem potencial, e até que as áreas comuns são razoavelmente cuidadas. Problema é que falta atenção aos detalhes, como por exemplo a limpeza que deixa a desejar, bem como os pequenos reparos nos banheiros, mobília, portas e janelas que deixariam mais confortável e diminuiriam a sensação de velho e sujo. A porta do meu chalé mesmo tinha uma fresta enorme de modo que se via o lado de fora e vice-versa, o que atrapalha a privacidade. Café da manhã com pouca variedade. Pela época do ano, virada do ano, adotei como estratégia pagar R$300 de diária em uma cidade mais afastada do que ficar em um muquifo no centro. Acabou que fiquei em um muquifo afastado. Mesmo para um motorista veloz como eu Fortaleza fica a 1h40 e o bate-volta Jeri também fica bem cansativo. Parece-me que falta gestão e cuidado com o hóspede, pequenos detalhes com alguma orientação técnica de prestação de serviços e cuidados de hotelaria fariam toda a diferença e certamente não diminuiriam em nada o lucro do dono. Não há problema algum na simplicidade, o problema é a falta de zelo. Há muitos lugares até mais simples do que a esta pousada, mas em que a qualidade do acolhimento/hospedagem é muito superior. A pousada só precisa fazer o básico e o simples, mas de maneira bem feita, infelizmente eles não fazem. Falta Gestão.

Tudo deixa a desejar

A pousada não deixa claro que tipo de acomodação disponibilizará. Não tinha ar-condicionado ou televisão no quarto. O Ventilador de teto não funcionava, utilizei ventiladores de chão, o que se tornou perigoso devido aos meus filhos pequenos. A limpeza do quarto é ruim, as paredes são sujas, o teto tem dezenas de teias de aranha. A piscina é bonita, mas suja também. O café da manhã limitado, repetido todos os dias. Em frente a pousada tem uma casa em que ocorrem festas particulares, com som alto, atrapalhando o sossego, que era a única coisa boa da pousada, até a noite chegar e o som atrapalhar tudo. Fui informado pela equipe da pousada que são comuns festas ocorrerem até tarde e com som alto. Tentei ligar para o 190, mas só dava indisponível.
