"If you like big resorts it’s an ideal option for you - well maintained, great welcome, flowers in the room, nice staff, activities. Overwater bungalows are blocking the view and garden rooms are a bit dated. value for money is ok."

"I booked this motel because we had a flight out of Tahiti leaving at 3.55am and wanted somewhere we could sleep, shower then walk to the airport with our luggage & not have to worry about taxis. This was perfect. The bed was very comfortable with nice quality linen, good aircon, and a great shower. It took us about 10 minutes to walk (down hill, part of it steep) to the airport. And earlier in the evening we walked to a supermarket to grab some dinner & snacks for the evening. It’s not flash, it could do with some rennovations, but like I say, perfectly adequate & very convenient."

"Jean and his family were very hospitable. The food was DELISH. We snorkeled and swam from the private beach. We enjoyed a private cabin with its own bathroom. I would return there for the price and culture. Most of the experience is quaint and family friendly. I enjoyed the porch the best. If you want room service and amenities it is more like staying with family. This was a great stay on a budget and we felt treated with value. Jean was knowledgeable to share snorkeling sites, hikes, dive areas, and more local info. The drinks were good, the food authentic. It wasn't over populated either like the large hotels."

"Our family of three, including one teenage boy, LOVED our stay at Villa Oceane. We stayed at a total of 3 places over one month in Tahiti and Moorea, and highly recommend this location and the amenities here. We loved using the kayaks early each morning and saw the sunrise daily, and my husband and son saw 3 rays one morning! We swam in the lagoon directly in front of our house as well. We put the provided lounge chairs out on the edge of the peninsula to enjoy the sunset each evening. The only other people using the ocean access are the two other rentals immediately beside us, and it felt very private and friendly!The main house had excellent air conditioning in each bedroom, and we kept a fan running in the main living space all day. No problem with zoom calls on the house WiFi, but the Internet signal does not extend to the bungalow from the house.We spent almost all of our time outside, eating was easy on the deck without any insects. We also used the outside table anytime we were sitting relaxing.Our only complaint is that there is lots of seating, and none of it (kitchen table, living space, or porch furniture) was comfortable enough to spend much time in.Highly suggest plug in mosquito oil burners, got bitten in both bathrooms and in front bedroom until we installed them. But they worked perfectly, and we are grateful Anaïs recommended them.For the moms out there: they do provide beach towels and letting the teenager sleep in the bungalow felt totally safe!"

"Villa Tepoe was an absolute dream! Our group of eleven friends enjoyed the perfect vacation, filled with relaxation, poolside lounging, beach days, and unforgettable memories on the beautiful island of Moorea.I couldn't have asked for more from Julie and Stephanie. Their communication was exceptional from start to finish, and their attention to detail and genuine desire to make our stay perfect went far beyond anything I've experienced at other holiday rentals. We did encounter an unexpected issue with the house during our stay, but they handled it quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. Their prompt response and commitment to ensuring our vacation wasn't disrupted made all the difference and gave us complete confidence that we were in great hands.The villa itself was stunning, impeccably maintained, and incredibly well stocked. It had everything we needed for a wonderful nine-day stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to thoughtful amenities for the pool and lagoon that made us feel right at home. Every detail had been carefully considered, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy our vacation.We can't wait to return and can't recommend Villa Tepoe highly enough! Absolutely amazing!"

"Location was amazing. So peaceful, quiet, and serene. Viewed sunset from deck chairs of our room. Small facility so beach walks not crowded with lots of tourists. Room a little small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious - all so fresh. Secured parking on site. Only suggestion is to make guard gate electronic so aren’t required to get out of car to enter code. "
