"Breakfast wasn’t worth the price. Short staffed, not a lot of items to choose from other than eggs that didn’t offer a lot of accompaniments for an omelette as 3 quarters of the add on ingredient bowls were empty and the cook was on her own so couldn’t replenish. Also, night before we ordered a mixed seafood platter for 2 that was one of the more expensive items on the menu and it was sooo over cooked. Everything was tried up. They comp’d us breakfast the next morning but should have had them remove from bill given the quality of the breakfast. The hotel itself is very nice with spacious rooms etc. for which I give a high rating. The restaurant brings it down thought"

"I was pleasantly surprised with this small hotel. I got in really late but there was a clerk available to check me in. The room was clean, breakfast was yummy. My only complaint would be the sheer blinds on the windows, if there were black out blinds I could have slept in. Overall I am very pleased with this hotel and I will stay again. "

"Best thing is location to Basilica. They make you leave room key every time you leave! It's frustrating waiting in line for 5-10" to get your key each time. I know it's Mexico, but they do advertise they speak English, but I only came across 1 employee on the night shift. Rooms are clean, safe, hot water, AC worked well."
