"Clean, well appointed, bright 1 Bedroom that easily accommodated three adults. We particularly liked the lanai. Days, had a nice view of park and bay. At night, you hear the waves crashing against the rocks. You really are staying on the beach. Special mention of Terry, the owner. He’s super responsive. This was a great experience. Thank you."

"It was close to friends and family to visit and pick me up. Close to Island Style Cafe. Big island Candies and Cookies. It was even walking distance. The actual condo was perfect. It had everything from cleaning supplies, laundry detergent. Not to mention a full kitchen which I never used but also had everything you needed to be comfortable. Bed was cozy. Balcony furniture was comfortable too. Easy checking and check out. I will definitely stay again…."

"Loved the chickens! The condo was great...clean, modern, well appointed. Everything we needed was nearby i.e. no service, shop or restaurant was further away from the property than 3 miles including the beaches. Owner very responsive as was the onsite property manager. Great pool! The only negative was the doors and outside moldings of many of the other units could use some cleaning and painting, though. Otherwise, the entire facility was excellent. We highly recommend it!"

When I booked I requested an early check-in which the property manager said would be no problem. However, she then texted me the day before our arrival to tell me this wasn't possible. "The condo is clean, next to a great swimming and snorkel beach, and has everything you need (pots, dishes, towels etc.). The property itself is old and needs some work, but the condo has been remodeled beautifully. I would recommend a small AC unit for the hot afternoons, but the evenings did cool off nicely. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"Our family added a couple nights in Hilo to our Hawaii vacation so that we could spend a day in Hawaii Volcanoes Natl Park. This condo was a comfortable and conveniently located home base for us. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. Check in and check out was “contactless” which was super convenient. P.S. Highly recommend Ken’s Pancake House for breakfast. And Pineapples or Cafe Pesto for dinners."
