"I loved that the hotel was a one stop shop. From the restaurant and cafe to the gym to the roof top with food options and the pool. It even has a laundry and spaces to work. It is a little learning curve getting around the hotel, but once you get used to it it’s pretty simple. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was our room and certain spaces had a weird cat smell. We realized it wasn’t just in our room and it only seemed to happen in the bathroom and the water was turned on. Outside of that this place was perfect and highly recommended."

"Stayed here for 5 nights. Everything here was very nice. Our maid was very sweet and spoke rapidly to us in Italian thinking that we understood every word 😂. The main reason I rated this 4 and not 5 stars was that the breakfast buffet never changed. It was good…but got boring."

"Everything was great, staff were helpful. A couple comments I do have are: One of the staff let themselves into our room in the morning while I was still sleeping then saw me and said “sorry” and turned around and walked out. Weird. Also the room had a lot of thick cob webs and didn’t seem that they dust the room. Other than that, it was a very nice room and clean comfortable beds. Handicap accessible room needs some type of shower curtain to contain the water or the whole bathroom becomes a shower and it doesn’t dry which can be very slippery and everything is wet in there. The rest of the hotel was very nice and updated."
