"This listing should not be on VRBO... everything from the get go was terrible. We were promises a luxurious sea front property but the whole area is dirty and falling apart. Impossible to park. We looked at the place and turned around. Owner apologized and promised us a refund but have not gotten anything a week later. The building is in chambles. The whole area is a ghetto... We got pulled over by the police who were wounderong why foreign tourists were in the area. This is a scam. No way...

"Charming stay in the apartment. Since it is built into a stone cave the room climate is always very comfortable. Bus stops and mini markets are near by. Overall very pleasant stay, would book again :) Two points of criticism though:1) the furniture is quite similar but not exaclty the same as on the pictures2) there is a rather large gap in the backdoor, which makes it easy for mosquittos to come in at night"

"Donato and Salvatore were really helpful by giving us tips for the local shops and the train. The appartment was big and well furnished, and only 50meters from the train station. We had quiet nights (except for one little earthquake :) ) and the local grocery store had everything needed for cooking. Really, a pleasant stay near the sea, not so far from the Napoli fever."

"This apartment is round the side of the house and a bit enclosed. After the first day and a very short explanation, we never saw the owners/managers. Sparsely furnished it really needs an upgrade. No information provided about Ischia in the apartment. Nevertheless well positioned and we had an enjoyable stay. Watch out for deadly mosquitoes."
