"The quality of the food at breakfast was not as good."

"The hotel is perfect. HOWEVER, there’s a club on the last floor and the music is very loud and the people in the entrance are all over the place . Do not recommend to stay on a weekend!"

"Always good service"

"Very comfortable rooms and excellent and kind staff!"

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodsting. The breafast bar was great, although I was not sure about the price and it was not adequately explained to me. The room was very clean. However, the air-conditioning would not adjust and it was a bit cold all night. In previous stays I enjoyed the dinner experience, but time didn't allow this time. When I did dine at the restaurant the salmon was amazing."

"Excelente ubicación para los que van a la embajada americana, excelente servicio."

"Personal muy amable y servicial. Regresaré!!!! No me gustaron las almohadas ya que son de plumas!!!!"

"Very good the personal staff"

"I loved the location of the hotel; it is very well centered on the malls and tourist destinations. What I like most was the customer service of all the staff. They were very friendly and always willing to help. Made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Very good although terrible communication with resection they should improve that"
