"We really wanted to like this place - it’s a gorgeous, old stone chalet with great photos. Unfortunately, we were met by an unpleasant man who led us to a very small room that had a horrific smell. We tried to air the place out but it didn’t fix the problem. We asked about the smell, assuming that we be moved to a different room, but the man was irritated at our request and gave us a bottle of pine cleaner to pour down the sink drain...and that didn’t fix it. Also, we were bit by some unseen...

"On arrival nobody in reception hotel locked up, no breakfast or restaurant open that day or night,no heating,bloody cold. Will give it a miss next time."

"Amazing friendly beautiful place in a serene setting. Minutes from town. They cooked us a delicious dinner our first night. Breakfast was also great with hot coffee and fresh crepes. Owners take time to talk and guide you on local hiking."
