"Probably one of the better doubletree hilton hotels we have stayed in. Hotel is a bit dated but very clean and tidy. Breakfast was extravagant and dinner was very delicious. Nice place to stop over if you’re travelling from KL to Penang. We saw monkeys as we drove in. The swimming pool with kids water slides was a hit with our little one."

"Hotel policy of NOT providing any slippers was although floor appears dirty from shoe wearing staff was the main drawback of staying in this property. Staff attentive but management reluctance to guests request are disturbing "

"It’s an old property. Maintenance was at bare minimum. Bed sheets, pillow covers & blankets have stains. Cleanliness was average. Owners should think of refurbish the rooms. "

"They said no info from Expedia and refused to stay though I showed confirmation numbers etc. Their system not connected to Expedia they said. Better check otherwise same bad experience repeat by others "

"Property was dirty. Staff was unbelievably rude. Location is good - but there are 25 other hotels within a block or two, so no reason to stay at this location. The whole place was gloomy, almost creepy. Avoid. Pick another place. "
