Behind a great 24hr bakery for breakfast. Clean, large and comfortable rooms with polite and attentive staff - all at a reasonable price point (by Mykonos standards anyway). "Galation is in the perfect location. The public bus from the airport stops right opposite the hotel. There’s an amazing restaurant, Souvlaki Story, right next to it so we could have a nice meal after checking in. Great communication with the staff, especially Effie, who warmly greeted us and made so many recommendations. The hotel is within walking distance to the windmills, Little Venice and so many others. We had a great stay and we recommend this hotel to everyone! "

I’ve been to several hotels this summer and most don’t have the AC on until you get there and insert your key. They definitely go the extra mile. "We absolutely loved staying at Mykonos Waves. We are a family of four, so our teens slept in the front area, and the adults had a private bedroom. The hotel is not in the Old Port area, so it's more quiet, which we liked. However, we had transportation available for when we did want to enjoy the old town. "Riva sweets was a very comfortable place to stay in Mykinos. We absolutely loved having the hot tub with a little view of the sea! The bed was quite comfortable and the property itself was super cute and well lit. There were good restaurants very close by. It was a little stressful to walk into the town where the shops and all the action is, just 10 minutes away but there were no sidewalks, narrow streets and lots of fast cars and motorcycles. "We only stayed here for one night as a stop over before flying home. The hotel is lovely, gorgeous views and about a 10 minute walk from bars and restaurants. There is a loud beach club which blasts music. We weren’t fussed and enjoyed it but some people might not like it. One issue which was a downer on the whole experience.
