"Overall, this was probably the best Italian rental we have ever had. The location just beneath the wonderful hill top town of Panicale makes exploring both Umbria & southern Tuscany very doable. The million dollar view of the grove & surrounding hills from the sun room was a daily treat. Elisa has decorated the cottage with impeccable taste. "Our family had a wonderful time here. Beautiful, characteristic cottage with al large swimmingpool in a gorgeous area with lots of villages and places to visit. The sink was a bit clogged up, nothing was really clean and some of the appliances needed to be renewed.
