"Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room smelt like cigarettes even tho it’s a non smoking room, there were roaches everywhere crawling around, and the room felt stuffy and hard to breath. There was another guest on the same floor as me acting weird like he was watching my every move so I felt uncomfortable and rushed to my room. "
