I had booked this hotel for my parents and booked it through Hotel.com. Though the hotel is nice and my parents loved it, they were not happy with the check-in process. Though they have paid for the hotel through hotel.com, the staff at check-in told them it has not and made them pay again. Fortunately, they realized their mistake in an hour and corrected it. Property was clean. They have internet though it’s not useful to customers. Every time you have to go to front desk and ask for password. They won’t share it with you and enter secretly on your phone. I did not like the process. Food was good. Staff is friendly.
