"We enjoyed our stay at Mark’s property. The river out back created such a nice ambiance and the location was peaceful. The space was comfortable and clean. Most importantly, Mark is a great host. We had an issue with the water heater and he quickly responded and make the issue right. Just keep in mind Hatch is a very small town. There are several convenience stores, diners, and a gas station in town. A grocery store is about 20 mins away in the next town. It was also a short drive of 35-40 mins...

"Beautiful location with stunning views. The property is spacious inside with lots of room to spread out. There is a large enclosed porch overlooking the river and an uncovered patio with a grill. There is a beautiful grassy area with benches to enjoy the views or for kids to run around. We were a family with adult children but this property is very kid friendly. Owner is very responsive. "Our family stayed here for a weekend getaway in April. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the kitchen/dining/living room area especially the large windows. We had everything we needed to cook all of our meals in the kitchen and the table was large enough for us to sit together and eat as well as play games. "Location is very private and quiet. Relatively easy drive to both Zion and Bryce. The appliances are from long time ago but they fit the cottage decor and work once tou figure them out. There are 3 bathrooms but they are accessible only through bedrooms so it create a bit of an issue if you have more than 3 couples. We had 3 +1. Overall I recommended Duck Creek"
