"Amazing Stay in a Budget-Friendly Studio! I had an wonderful experience staying at this place! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and all the major attractions. Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring so convenient. The studio unit on the 9th floor was perfect for my stay. It was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed to maximize space. "Wonderful corner unit with a view. Building was nice and quiet even with the festival going on. Host was gracious and let us store our luggage in the unit until check in. I would highly recommend this property to visitors of the Iloilo area. Clean, quiet and comfortable."

"It would have been excellent if the bathroom was not flooding when you take a shower. Otherwise the facility was clean. The area was beautiful and it is walking distance to all the night life."
