"This is a self-service hotel where you will receive the location and door code along with the key which associates to your room. The room had the basic necessities such as soap, towels and WiFi which were all I needed. The only issue I had was activating the A/C which did not work even after closing the window. Overall, I enjoyed Chania and TheJoy hotel and would come back again!"

The lady at the desk was so helpful and assisted us with several local calls to retrieve some items we had left on another island - we can't thank her enough!!
